Job summary

Fox Subacute - Mechanicsburg is seeking a Full Time RN Night Shift Supervisor to lead and support the delivery of patient care during the 11pm–7am shift. You’ll supervise licensed and non-licensed staff and ensure high-quality care for residents with complex respiratory needs.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong communication across interdisciplinary teams are essential, with flexible scheduling and a competitive benefits package.

RN NURSE SUPERVISOR!

Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is a 55-bed facility specializing in providing quality care for clinically-complex respiratory residents in a home-like atmosphere. We are seeking a Full Time RN NightShift Supervisor to supervise and support the delivery of patient care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff during the night shift (11p-7a). While the scheduled hours are night shifts, we offer flexibility to meet your needs. Our ideal Registered Nurse candidate will possess strong supervisory and communication skills, excellent clinical assessment abilities, and the capability to work effectively with all levels of professional personnel and a diverse population. Good computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed and non-licensed staff in the delivery of patient care during the night shift.
