Job summary

Edgefield Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Edgefield, SC. The RN will provide direct patient care, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and families to meet residents’ needs.

The role requires an active SC license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and availability to work every other weekend. PCC experience is preferred, and full-time benefits include health coverage and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Successful Candidates Will Have The Following

• ACTIVE, unencumbered License to practice in the state of South Carolina.
• Nursing Degree from an accredited college/university
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC is preferred.
• Be available to work every other weekend.

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor.
