Sprenger Health Care in Port Royal, SC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. You will assess residents, administer medications, and coordinate care plans to support aging in place with compassion.

In this role you will monitor residents' health, document findings, and collaborate with physicians and family members to ensure safe, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with nursing standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Healthcare Team. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and provide support to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board
• Valid CPR certification
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
