Job summary

Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.

You will collaborate with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care, and may serve as charge nurse with delegation responsibilities. A nationally accredited nursing program background and MN licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
