Qualifications

• RN license in state or compact license required.
• 1-2 years of related experience and 1-2 years of leadership preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of hospital operations during assigned shifts with appropriate staffing.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed utilization.
• Serve as after-hours administrative point of contact and incident commander when needed.
• Lead nursing staff with clinical guidance and delegation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Promote cost-effective resource utilization and performance improvements.
