Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time RN for 24 hours per week in the 5N Surgical Telemetry unit. The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional care under supervision, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities include data collection, care planning, coordinating, and communicating with the team while applying evidence-based practice. BSN preferred; RN license required. Magnet designation supports nursing excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and be eligible for RN licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Collects data pertinent to the patient’s health and analyzes it to identify diagnoses and problems.
• Develops and implements a plan to achieve expected outcomes.
• Coordinates care delivery and communicates effectively with the healthcare team.
