As a Night Supervisor RN, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care during the evening hours, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff, ensuring that patient needs are met, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Your expertise and guidance will contribute to a seamless transition from day to night shifts, ensuring that our patients receive continuous, high-quality care.
Supervise and manage the nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide direct patient care as needed
Identify and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the night shift, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with the team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, medication administration, and unit operations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (recent graduates welcome to apply)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols
