Job summary

Pampa Regional Medical Center in Texas is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to assume administrative responsibility for all department service functions on night shift. You will supervise staff, monitor patient flow, and ensure efficient operations while supporting hospital policy and after-hours procedures.

Required qualifications include an active RN license, current BLS and ACLS, and preferably BSN with 3+ years acute care supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate on hire and maintain current.
• ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• One (1) year prior experience as a Supervisor preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's service functions on night shift.
• Directly supervise staff across all departments.
• Ensure efficient operations and patient flow.
• Assist medical staff with scheduling after-hours procedures and standby call staff.
• Enhance patient/family experience through explanations of hospital policies.
