Job summary

MENTORHILLS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts with new incentive programs. The RN will supervise daily nursing activities, ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations, and collaborate with the DON/ADON to deliver high‑quality care.

The role includes participating in policy development, maintaining current manuals, and contributing to the facility's quality assurance program. Evening/night coverage supports resident needs and safety.

Qualifications

• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities in the facility.
• Direct nursing staff to follow current regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON as applicable to ensure high quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in directing daily nursing functions.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Service policies and procedures.
• Ensure manuals and reference materials are current and accessible.
• Prepare reports and participate in care plan meetings and QA activities.
