United Surgical Partners International in Phoenix seeks an RN PSU for the Night Shift at St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Thursday, 6 PM–6 AM, with an 18% night differential and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee postoperative care, document care, and communicate with the team to support safe patient recovery. Arizona RN license, ACLS/PALS, 1–2 years in pre-op/PACU or related areas required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Arizona RN license.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a pre-operative setting, ICU, PACU, or advanced med-surg unit.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• CPR and advanced life support certification required.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and oversees care for patients in Recovery Care Center.
• Follows policies and standards for post-operative nursing care.
• Maintains and documents patient records accurately.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure safe, effective patient recovery.
