Job summary

Ascension in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Nursing Administration leader for the night shift (PRN schedule) to mentor staff, coordinate patient care and maintain clinical excellence on the unit.

You will guide nursing and support teams, assess patient needs, assign tasks, and contribute to staff development and hiring discussions to build a strong, compassionate team.

Requirements include Kansas RN license, BLS within 30 days, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kansas RN license.
• BLS provider certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor nursing and support staff to ensure optimal team performance.
