Job summary

Staff Genius is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a 200-bed skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY (11214). This nights assignment runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on a full-time, 3-month contract with immediate start potential.

The RN will oversee overnight nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN Supervisor experience in staffing agency.
• SNF supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to begin work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during overnight operations.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nurses and CNAs.
• Respond to resident concerns, admissions, transfers, and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with New York State and facility policies.
