PowerBack Rehabilitation in Sistersville, WV is seeking an RN Night Shift Charge/Supervisor. This role offers a $5K signing bonus with possible Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday or Thursday-Sunday schedules.

You will lead a care team, deliver high-quality nursing care, and coordinate with physicians to improve patient outcomes. The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure compliant documentation in PCC EHR, and mentor staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unencumbered.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control in daily practice.
