The RN will supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure adherence to care plans, and maintain accurate documentation in PCC EHR. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered for qualified candidates who join the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of nursing leadership.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for patient outcomes.
• Maintain real-time clinical documentation and accuracy in PCC EHR.
• Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
