Job summary

Ginger Cove is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor for night shift leadership. The role includes guiding nursing staff, coordinating care, and ensuring accurate shift reports and resident safety. The position offers a consistent every-other-weekend schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Current Maryland RN license with AANAC certification is required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Join a CARF-accredited life-care community focused on resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• RN with Maryland license required.
• AANAC certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain before employment.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory/management experience.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer's/dementia.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during the shift.
• Receive shift reports and respond to resident condition changes.
• Conduct rounds to ensure needs are met and care is delivered properly.
• Monitor medication administration and treatments for safety.
• Ensure adequate staffing and communicate needs to management.
• Coach and develop nursing staff for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with residents' families with professionalism and compassion.
