Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy’s 3 North Med/Surg Renal Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time nights. The role supports a 36-hour week schedule with three 12-hour shifts and weekend/holiday requirements. A sign-on and relocation bonus may be available, with robust benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• At least 6 months required outside of the New Grad residency program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care following established standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and strong patient experience.
