Encompass Health in Texas seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation care. The RN will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor plans in collaboration with the care team to support recovery in a high-tech environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, strong communication with families and departments, and ongoing professional growth within a leading post-acute care provider.

Competenze

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
