Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift position in Texas. You'll provide individualized, compassionate care, guide patients along their path to healing, and work with a team using advanced technology to support rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
