Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of Patient- and Family-Centered Practice.
• Cultural Awareness and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Medication administration and prescription knowledge.
• Discharge planning and follow-up care planning.
• Health information documentation and records.
• BLS & ACLS certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• RN license in New Jersey (NJ).
