Job summary

Good Samaritan invites a Registered Nurse to join our Park River, ND team in a part-time role on 12-hour night shifts. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, collaborate with families and the care team, and participate in care planning and evaluation.

The role emphasizes compassionate, Christian-centered care within our not-for-profit facility. Active RN licensure is required, and a solid commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state and maintains required competencies.
• Obtains and maintains department-specific certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate outcomes.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safety and quality of care.
