You’ll work within Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation neighborhoods, developing care plans and coordinating with physicians and families to support residents’ highest potential. Experience, compassion, and integrity are valued highly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license.
• Understanding of safe, effective nursing practices within Indiana.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills (Word, Excel).
• Passion for caring for people and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care to restore residents to their highest potential.
• Support individualized care plans across nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team with professionalism and compassion.
• Foster meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Document medical records, complete reports, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
