Job summary

Greenwood Meadows is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. This full-time role offers evening and night shifts, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while applying nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being.

You will assess and document resident conditions, collaborate with the care team, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment that reflects the C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and learn their life stories to promote well-being.
• Promote physical and psychosocial health of residents through skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive resident care.
• Assist with shift leadership, ensuring safety, documentation and continuity of care.
