Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and monitor nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, and document medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensures resident care is maintained in a clean, safe environment.

• Documents medication administration and monitors safety procedures.
• Collaborates with residents and healthcare team to provide quality care.
• Performs other duties as directed.
