Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a registered nurse for full-time night shifts (Midnights), 36 hours weekly, with every other weekend and holiday rotations. The role emphasizes leadership in coordinating patient care, adherence to evidence-based practice, and collaboration with the care team to meet patient goals.

Minimum requirements include Michigan RN licensure and BCLS certification, with BSN preferred. Internal candidates must apply with an internal profile.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
