Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a nurse to provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while delegating, supervising, and documenting patient and family teaching.

The role requires BSN education, Michigan RN licensure, and BLS within 30 days of hire, with a night shift schedule and rotating weekends. Henry Ford Health offers a sign-on bonus and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing required.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in coordination and delivery of quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Develop, supervise and document nursing care plans and teaching for patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and implement solutions.
