Job summary

• 1–3 years experience in long-term care (preferred)
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Ohio
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Supervise care by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
• Assess guests and notify physician of status changes; implement orders
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment and nursing care
• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and care plan development
