Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in Alabama.
- Experience as a charge nurse or in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing care in a department or shift.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary.
- Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care.
