Signature HealthCARE at Jefferson Manor Rehab & Wellness Center in New Albany, IN is seeking an RN for night shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants.

The role offers up to USD $47 per hour with shift differential and full-time benefits. Ideal candidates hold an active Indiana RN license and have strong documentation skills with experience in long-term care or supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana is required.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience, long-term care preferred.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with ADLs and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during the shift.
• Monitor residents’ status and report changes to physicians and families.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy and procedure.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
