Job summary

Our Lady of the Lake is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Heart and Vascular ICU. This full-time night position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a faith-based health system.

The RN provides safe, holistic care, assesses patients, plans care, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the care team to meet clinical outcomes. Louisiana licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication.
• Current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic, patient-centered manner.
• Perform assessments and develop a care plan with education and discharge planning.
• Deliver patient education and collaborate with families to achieve outcomes.
