Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor (RN) for a full-time, 36-hour-per-week role with night shift coverage and opportunities for overtime. The hospital emphasizes patient safety, stroke care, and multidisciplinary teamwork within a large UHS network.

The ideal candidate will have ER experience, supervisory background, Florida RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNCC planned within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience; 1–3 years supervisory preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS; TNCC within 6 months.
• Florida nursing license; must pass pre-employment assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility for direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team and directs nursing staff.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Recognizes and responds to stroke alerts; supports thrombolytic therapy prep and ED coverage.
