Forest Acres Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehab team in Downtown Columbia, SC. You will provide exceptional nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team during 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in South Carolina.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise nursing staff.
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Supervise CNAs and support staff on shift.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions with clinical judgment.
