Job summary

Forest Acres Post Acute is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab team in downtown Columbia, SC. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents under physician orders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with shift differentials, a strong support structure, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a fast paced rehab/nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and administer medications as ordered.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
