Job summary

HonorHealth’s Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced RN for Night shift in the BMT Unit-Inpatient-2C. The RN will provide evidence-based nursing care, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering medications, managing IV therapy, and educating patients and families on post-discharge needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Med/Surg or acute specialty setting
• Arizona RN license
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience at hire time

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care guided by ANA standards and ethics
• Administer medications and manage IVs accurately
• Develop and revise individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and self-management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
