Job summary

Universal Health Services' Arrowhead Behavioral Health in Maumee, OH seeks a House Supervisor (RN) for the night shift. The role oversees nursing care across inpatient units, handles admissions and discharges, and ensures crisis intervention and safety protocols are followed.

This full-time night position requires an Ohio-licensed RN with at least two years of experience, preferably in psychiatric settings, plus prior management experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Requires minimum two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse; psychiatric preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• Previous management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, and safety procedures for inpatient units.
• Relieve for rest or meals and assist with intake assessments as needed.
• Serve as a bridge between hospital operations and leadership (AOC/CEO).
• Participate in orientation of new hires and develop nursing staff skills.
