Job summary

Arrowhead Behavioral Health, LLC in Maumee, OH seeks an experienced House Supervisor (RN) for the Night Shift (7 pm – 7:30 am). This full-time role ensures quality nursing care across inpatient units and assessment, oversees admissions/discharges, crisis interventions, and maintains clinical staff development.

The House Supervisor coordinates intake assessments during the shift, supports unit operations, and acts as the bridge to leadership (AOC/CEO).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; psychiatric preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

House Supervisor (RN) Night Shift (7 pm - 730 am)

Full-time

The House Supervisor – Night Shift is responsible for the delivery of quality nursing care for all the inpatient units and Assessment. The House Supervisor - Night Shift will oversee all facility activities including, but not limited to admissions, discharges, crisis intervention, seclusion/restraint, involuntary admission process, relieving for rest or meal breaks. Establish, engage in and assist with the development of clinical knowledge and skills of the Nursing Staff. Participates in the orientation of new hires. The House Supervisor provides oversight during their assigned shift for all hospital operations. The House Supervisor is responsible for all intake assessments during the hours of 7 p.m. – 730 a.m. The House Supervisor will provide assistance with inpatient units when not involved with intake assessments. The House Supervisor will be the bridge between hospital operations and communicating any needs or issues to the AOC and or CEO.

Qualifications

Education/experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Requires minimum two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse. Preferred in psychiatric nursing. Knowledge of current nursing procedures, the nursing process, medications and the correct administration.

Previous management experience required.

License/Certification

Currently licensed in the State of Ohio as an RN, current CPR certification. Current CPI certification or obtain certificate in first 30 days of employment.

This is a full-time position, which will include weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but we will train the right person.

This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
