Sierra Tucson, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health and addiction treatment, is seeking a Full‑Time Night Shift RN to provide and coordinate patient care, develop care plans, and document care per state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral or substance abuse experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available on hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed per policy.
• Accurately administer medications and document controlled substance counts.
