Job summary

Arch Vista is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver safe, empathetic care in our residential and detox facility in St. Louis, MO. You will perform comprehensive assessments, lead the on-shift nursing team, and manage detox protocols during night hours.

This role features a 3x12-hour schedule (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am) with every-other-weekend rotation and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. We value collaboration, clinical expertise, and flexible scheduling within a supportive patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Missouri) and BSN degree required.
• 2+ years in psychiatric/behavioral health leadership (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Experience driving quality care, patient experience, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring.
• Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
