Job summary

Wellbrook Recovery in the United States is seeking a Detox and Residential Night Shift RN/LPN to provide tireless nursing care in detox and residential settings. You will monitor vitals, support withdrawal management, and administer medications under physician orders, including MAT when appropriate.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and CPR/BLS. Night shifts demand strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in detox, substance use treatment, or behavioral health preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to detox and residential clients during night shifts.
• Perform vitals, withdrawal monitoring, risk assessments, and care planning.
• Administer medications per orders, including MAT when applicable.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and changes in condition; escalate as needed.
• Document care in EMR and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain safety, conduct room checks, and support on-call teams.
• Collaborate with counselors and medical staff to align care with goals.
