Full-time night shift positions include a $6,000 sign-on bonus, above industry starting pay, 401k with employer match, and comprehensive benefits after the first month.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Coordinate with physicians and other care teams to meet residents’ needs.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
