Job summary

Life Care Center of Banner Elk is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (6:30pm–6:30am) on a full-time basis. The role includes delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing patients, updating care plans, and supervising CNAs and LPNs within a multidisciplinary team.

Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with standard benefits such as vacation, sick, holiday, health, dental, life, disability insurance, and retirement plans. CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Qualifications

• RN with nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s) and active RN license.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
