Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team on a 12-hour night shift (6pm-6am). This is a full-time role with a $3 shift differential and requires availability every other weekend and every other holiday.

The RN delivers quality nursing care, assesses patients, revises care plans as conditions change, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to uphold Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active RN license.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
