Job summary
Life Care Centers of America in Florida is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team in a full-time capacity. The RN provides direct patient care, assesses needs, revises care plans, and supervises CNAs and LPNs to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
The role requires an active RN license, a nursing diploma (associate’s or BSN), CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of skilled nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associates or BSN).
- Active RN license in good standing.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
- 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
- Assess patients and revise care plans as conditions change.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
