Rolling Hills Hospital in Ada, OK is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (7p-7a) with a focus on comprehensive behavioral and medical care. The role requires RN licensing, a minimum of one year of nursing experience, CPR/de-escalation certification, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral/SUD experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available on hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• Transcribe physicians’ orders legibly and ensure status is monitored.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff professionally.
• Coordinate unit activities and provide therapeutic rapport with patients.
