Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center, part of Signature HealthCARE, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift. Join our team and deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a 112-bed setting in Harrodsburg, KY. A $10K sign-on bonus is offered for full-time night shift RNs.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Kentucky.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good documentation skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents with high-quality, compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
