Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. The 50-bed Critical Care hospital provides long-term acute care with a caring, patient-centered approach. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and a new Clinical Career Ladder support career growth.

As an RN you will develop and evaluate care plans, deliver direct patient care, supervise staff under the Nurse Practice Act, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff per the Nurse Practice Act.
• Promote Vibra Healthcare mission and improve quality of care.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
