Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Vibra Hospital of Sacramento in Folsom, CA. This full-time night-shift position offers 12-hour shifts and a clinical career ladder with pay increases at Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert levels.

As an RN, you will develop and manage care plans, supervise nursing activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. BLS/ACLS required per Vibra guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
• Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image; knowledge of regulatory standards; strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills; ability to make independent decisions; working knowledge of computer applications; freedom from illegal drug use.

• Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing care as delegated.
