Job summary

Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. As a full-time RN, you will administer medications, document care, supervise staff, and collaborate with the team to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri is required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
