Job summary

Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing team in University City, Missouri. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications per care plans, document care, and ensure clinical standards are met.

A supportive leadership team and resident-centered focus guide daily work. Current MO RN license and CPR/BLS certification are required; previous long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri (required).
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Accurately document care and communicate effectively with team members.
• Supervise nursing staff during shift and ensure quality standards are met.
• Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
