Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our compassionate team. The role leads the nursing team, supports high-quality patient care, and promotes a collaborative service-focused culture within a family-oriented facility.

We offer a comprehensive orientation, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package. Sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time staff and 3,000 for part-time.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• CPR certification required.
