Job summary

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an LPN Evening Supervisor to coordinate and supervise resident care and unit operations. You will administer medications, document care, and help lead the nursing team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality service.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license in good standing, CPR certification, and brings leadership and patient‑focused skills to our family‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
• CPR Certification is required.
• One year of experience as an LPN is preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and evaluate resident care and unit operations.
